Brown Bag

The brown bag seminar series is a weekly presentation featuring both student and faculty research in an open forum setting. The series facilitates interaction in a constructive manner to promote collaborations, generate interest, and suggestions for possible oversights or improvements.

Topics feature control theory and applied mathematics problems ranging from abstract to application-based. Each week a student or faculty member from the college gives a presentation on their research. Students/faculty of any discipline (mechanical, electrical, mathematics, etc.) are invited. Past topics have included problems in robotics, networks, computer vision, small satellites, energy conservation, trajectory optimization, differential games, stochastic systems, etc.

By joining the brown bag listserv, you will recieve weekly email reminders about upcoming speakers. If you would like one of your students to present in the forum, or if you would like to be added to the listserv for upcoming annoucements, please email Fred Zegers.
