Siddhartha Mehta, M.S. 2007

Siddhartha Mehta received his Bachelor of Engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune, India. To experience and gain the practical facet of the engineering knowledge, he worked in Thermax Limited as a Design Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) for a year. After which to pursue the interest in the field of Robotics and Control Systems, he joined Masters Program at Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at University of Florida in 2003 and then enrolled for Masters Program at Agricultural and Biological Engineering in 2004. He will be pursueing PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering with primary area of research being visual servoing techniques for Unmanned Air Vehicles, Micro Air Vehicles and Robotic Systems, Receding Horizon Control, and Time Optimization Control.
