Transportation
It is best to fly directly into the Gainesville Airport, code GNV, typically connecting in ATL or CLT: direct flights are likely to JAX, TPA, and ORL, which are all approximately 1.5 hour drives from Gainesville. There are several rental car agencies in the airport, taxis, and uber available. The airport is less than 20 minutes from campus and ~10 minutes from downtown Gainesville. Hotel blocks were the same price as you can get individually, so I did not set up a hotel block, but there are an abundance of hotels near campus. My recommendations include (in no order):

- Holiday Inn Gainesville-University Ctr (Walking distance to venue)
- Courtyard Gainesville
- Spring Hill Suites Gainesville
- Hilton University of Florida Conference Center (adjacent to campus, but not walking distance to venue)
- Country Inn & Suites
- The Sweetwater Branch Inn
Parking
Parking is available for non UF guests. Non-UF guests will exit University Avenue and park on the North East Lawn. An attendant will be available at the entrance handing out parking passes. UF guests are welcome to park in normal stickered lots. The address for the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is 157 Gale Lemerand Dr, Gainesville, FL 32611. Note that you will not exit onto Gale Lemerand Drive for parking.
